In an effort in increase C02 sequestration, EcoForce Global is partnering with The Climate Foundation to plant kelp in our oceans and draw significant amounts of C02 from our waters.
The Climate Foundation, based in Seattle USA are recent winners of a One Million Dollars XPrize for carbon removal. This prestigious award, funded by Elon Musk and the Musk Foundation is recognition for their leading work in the areas of ocean regeneration and marine permaculture.
Increasing levels of C02 in our oceans warms the water. Increased water temperatures lead to increased storms and severe weather events, the chain reaction caused from emitting greater levels of C02 into our atmosphere.
