Eligible entrants:
Entry is only open to Australian, New Zealand, United States, South Africa, Philippines and Indian residents who are 18 years and over and who are EcoForce Global members or affiliates with a valid email registered with their account. The email address must be active and verified.
For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions an ‘’Existing Member or Affiliate’’ is any person who is registered at www.ecoforceglobal.com.
Entrants must continue to be an EcoForce Member or Affiliate at the time of the draw to be eligible for a prize.
How to enter:
To enter the Promotion, the entrant must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
a) Register at www.ecoforceglobal.com as a new member or affiliate
b) Existing Members or Affiliates must refer 3 new members or affiliates.
c)To win the referral bonus you must be a member or affiliate of “EcoForce Global” and be the registered referrer of a winner in any of the 5 nominated countries.
Entry will be automatically recorded upon registration or a new member or affiliate with your referral code in the applicable registration form.
Entries permitted:
Each Member or Affiliate can have just 1 single entry in the weekly and main prize draws. Where an affiliate or member creates multiple accounts, all accounts will be excluded from eligibility and deleted. Members and Affiliates can have only one active account. Multiple referral entries are permitted.
An entrant is eligible to win a maximum of one (1) weekly prize and one (1) main prize. ie an affiliate/member cannot refer themselves and win the main and referral prize. In the case of such an event happening, the referral prize will be forfeited.

Prize description:
Prize description: The prize is $3,600 worth of groceries awarded as 1 x $3600 gift voucher and 1 x $1000 referral gift voucher and 12 x $100 AUD weekly vouchers
Winning method: Draw: computerised random selection. There will be twelve (12) weekly $100 AUD draws ( one per country) , one main prize draw and one draw for the referrer prize. All draws will take place at 12:00 pm AEDT. Weekly draws will be held each Monday after the preceding week, a entry week being defined as Sunday 00.00am to Saturday 11.59pm.
Prize Conditions:
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries, disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions or who tampers with the entry process. An entry which is indecipherable, illegible or non-compliant with these terms and conditions is invalid and will not be accepted or considered. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding and cannot be contested. An country must have a minimum number of 5000 registered members / affiliates for a main country prize to be issued. In the event a country has less than 5000 entrants no main prize will be issued in that country.
The promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the competition as necessary due to circumstances outside its control.
By entering this Competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and you give your consent to the Promoter to collect, use and store your entry information, including personal information, for the purpose of contacting you about the Competition and for promotional and other marketing materials.
The Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Competition, including but not limited to:
- any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control)
- any theft, un authorised access or third party interference
- any entry, prize, or claim for a prize that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether before or after receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter
- any variation in prize value to that stated in these terms and conditions
- any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant, and
- use of the prize.
Winner notification:
The main prize, the referral prize and weekly winners will be notified to the email address linked to their EcoForce member /Affiliate account and may also be contacted by phone within seven (7) days of the draw. The voucher will not be redeemable for cash and once issued is the property of the winner and EcoForce has no further responsibility. The winners will be published at https://www.ecoforceglobal.com/competitionwinners by the following date: 17/08/2024
Unclaimed prizes:
Prizes must be claimed by 9/08/24 at 12:00 pm AEST. In the event of an unclaimed prize, the prize will be redrawn on 13/08/24 at 12:00 pm AEST at 32 Hope Street South Brisbane QLD 4101. The winners of the redraw will be notified by email and may also be contacted by phone within seven (7) days of the redraw. The winners will be notified publicly and their details published at https://www.ecoforceglobal.com/competitionwinners by 17/08/24. Weekly winners will have 6 days in which to claim their prize else it will be redrawn at the next drawing event.
If there are no prize winner/s or winner/s for this Promotion cannot be found, this information will be published at https://www.ecoforceglobal.com/competitionwinners.
